Men's Bath
Taken though a mall chink in the wall.
The men's bathhouse, built in 1761 and the oldest spa structure in the United States, men have always soaked naked in the 98-degree water, including Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee.

on July 22, 2008I visited Jefferson Pools last week. The water was warm and wonderful. The condition of the building is deploable. The paint is peeling badly and the supports for the roof are pulled loose from the nails in the women's bath. How can this happen to a historical site?
