I've known Carly since she was just a wee thought. The promise of a blessing tucked deep beneath her mother's ribs. A little inkling of hope.
Well do l remember her mother, Jean, my friend, my sister of the heart, at the same stage of pre-birth… Has it really been nearly 25 years?
Through all of these years I have watched Carly grow from a tiny little blessing, to a toddler who often sported a black eye, through the years of teen-hood, to the blossoming transformation of a young wife, and soon to be mother and must say that through it all, she has shined.
