Franklin Skatepark: SK8—17, August 2008

This was Luc's second try at a Sk8boarding competition, and the day was hot, with a relentless sun. His nerves were running tense, and he just couldn't seem to relax. Add that to the fact that this was only the second time he had ever visited this park and perhaps his fourth or fifth time at a park ever, and well, all thing considered, he did fine, and I was proud of his efforts.
sigh…
I really should try and find a way to get him out to the parks more often… Even if only once a week or even every other week, I'm fairly certain that would help his efforts… Not too mention "IF" we all helped him get his halfpipe up and running!
